Before the Pathfinder Monthly, we had a double sided sheet of paper that only could feature a select amount of events - not all base events. There was no system in place for the Marketing team to receive events from facilities either, so we implemented a monthly marketing meeting where each facility gave us their events two months in advance.
In addition to printing roughly 200 Pathfinders per month, we advertised each edition on our social platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and uploaded a digital version to our website for people to view at any time.
