This concept, logo, and package design was created by myself from a class prompt to create a new and innovative shoe company. I created the die cut, designed the exterior, and constructed the box from scratch.
The company I created, Calkara, creates flats and ballet shoes that don't stink.
(The logo is both a flower and a set of feet)
I drew from Maori influence for the company name and patterns on the side of the box. I wanted the owner to be a self-made businesswoman who brought her Maori cultural roots to the brand.
